The purpose of the franchising system accreditation, pioneering project in Europe is to give the market a guarantee that the certified brands have good franchising practices, respecting the European code of Conduct and the principles that govern other certifications of known quality. The initiative is developed by the Portuguese Franchise Association (FPA), jointly with the EIC (International Certification Company), and approved by the IPQ (Portuguese Institute of Quality).
It was with pride that Loja do Condomínio has concluded in April 2005, its Franchising System certification process – renewed annually.
We were the first Portuguese brand under a franchising framework to have its system certificate.
Loja do Condomínio is audited annually, in aspects such as the rigor of the franchising internal organization, franchising contract, evaluation and treatment of applications, initial and continuing training of the franchisee, pre and post opening of the business support, corporate image and network strategy, among others, are evaluated.
The certification fosters trust not only in the franchisor / franchisee relationship, but also near the final customer. This certification places Loja do Condomínio in the forefront of franchising “made in Portugal” and is, for current and future franchisees, the assurance that the brand and the network are ruled by the most rigorous best practices, practices, as well as complies with all requirements and criteria of the European Code of Franchising Deontology.
Certification of the Condominium Administration Service

The quality certification of condominium management service, gives Loja do Condomínio the credibility and trust that the apartment owners require. In a process begun in partnership with SGS in 2009, Loja do Condomínio has created a technical specification that serves as a standard for condominium management in Portugal.
All details are rigorously studied. We work under strict parameters of excellence in the provision of services, ensuring to our customers satisfaction and motivation to be part of the success and leadership of our brand.
Training entity accredited by DGERT – Directorate General for Employment and Labor Relations.
LDC training, Loja do Condomínio training department, is a training entity accredited by the Directorate General for Employment and Labor Relations (DGERT), a factor that distinguishes Loja do Condomínio professionals in the market and constitutes an important competitive advantage. We develop training activities where theoretical concepts are applied in simulated situations in order to prepare our franchisees for real situations. We give Training modules for Store Managers and Coordinators, Cleaning and Maintenance Technicians. Besides the basic training, updates and review actions are performed when necessary, in order to standardize and ensure the quality standards of the services provided by the network stores.
