Alternative settlement of disputes

In line with the duty to inform and according the laid down in article 18, nº 1, of Law 144/2015 from 8 September, hereby we inform the customers that, to resolve any conflicts arising out of our services, and although we are not bound to a ASD by law or legal process, they will be able to access the electronic site below to check the list of existing ASD and choose freely.
