PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION POLICY

This Privacy Policy sets out the terms under which Portik, S.A. processes personal data, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR), as well as applicable national legislation.

This policy applies to the use of the website www.ldc.pt and to the activities carried out by Portik, S.A. in the scope of condominium management and the operation of franchising networks.

This Policy does not replace specific contractual clauses entered into with clients, partners, franchisees or suppliers, and may only complement them where applicable.

  • Receipt, analysis and management of candidates’ CVs;
  • Management of contact requests, information and communications made via the website or by email;
  • Sending marketing communications and newsletters, where the data subject has given consent.

  • Professional and academic data;
  • Tax and administrative data;
  • Financial and banking data, where applicable;
  • Third-party data (namely of a spouse), only with the prior, free, informed and explicit consent of the respective data subject.

  • Data processed within a contractual relationship: for the duration of the contract and for the legally required period after its termination.

  • Franchisees within the network, in the context of respective applications or requests;
  • Public entities or administrative authorities, where required by law;
  • Subcontracted entities responsible for hosting and technical support of information systems, under a subcontracting agreement pursuant to Article 28 of the GDPR.

8. International Data Transfers

No personal data is transferred to third countries or international organisations.

9. Rights of Data Subjects

  • Access their personal data;
  • Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data;
  • Erase data, where legally admissible;
  • Restrict processing;
  • Object to processing;
  • Data portability, where applicable;
  • Withdraw consent, where processing is based on consent.

These rights may be exercised by submitting a written request to info@ldc.pt.

The data subject also has the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (CNPD).

Portik, S.A. implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, in order to prevent unauthorised access, loss, destruction or improper disclosure, including access controls, firewalls, backups and recovery procedures.
